Bolsonaro is looking for support to win re-election
President and candidate for reelection by the PL Jair Bolsonaro fulfills his agenda in the southern region of the country on Tuesday, 11. In the morning, Bolsonaro will meet with mayors, political leaders and businessmen in Balneário Camboriú, in Santa Catarina. In the afternoon, Bolsonaro will head to Pelotas, where he has a meeting with other leaders. On Monday, the 10th, the president fulfilled his campaign agenda in Ceilândia, in the Federal District, where he recorded campaign pieces about government social actions, such as Auxílio Brasil. Bolsonaro said that families understand the effects of the pandemic on the economy, but that some maintain the position of believing that, if Lula (PT) is elected, there will be picanha with beer every weekend, a proposal he classified as a liar. Bolsonaro also received support from the mayors of Manaus (AM), David Almeida (Avante), and of Sorocaba (SP), Rodrigo Manga (Republican). “The mayors, when they come here, always testify to how the federal government treated their municipality, in terms of works, resources, aid,” Bolsonaro said.
